Tagging Guidelines

1. Tagging Validity Window:

Tagging will be considered valid only if done within the last 24 hours.

2. Re-Tagging Requirement:

After the 24-hour window, a new tagging is required to maintain validity.

3. Client Contact Requirement:

The client’s mobile number must be provided before visiting the site.

4. Restriction on CP Mobile Numbers:

Channel Partners (CPs) cannot use their own mobile numbers for tagging purposes.

5. Multiple Family Member Tagging:

If one CP tags a family member and another CP tags a different family member, only the first valid tagging will be considered.

6. Tagging Conflict Resolution:

In case of a tagging conflict, preference will be given to the CP who accompanied the client to the sales office.

7. Walk-In Client Tagging Validity:

Tagging for walk-in clients remains valid for 45 days from the date of first visit.

8. Authority of Source Head:

The Source Head holds the right to modify or override any tagging at their discretion.
